THE BLIND LADY

Joyful moments are like scattered pearls
On the bottom of the ocean of misery
Waters of pain full with our regrets
That will never find its way to tranquility

Above this ocean of men,
there she stands with a scale in her hands
wielding her sword as a just queen

Blindfolded by her own will
she can judge without favour and fear
calming the waters with her wit

Take off your blindfold and see the world of colors
There's so much more than black and white, wrong and right
Don't pretend you see it all... You don't!
Blind leads the blind

Giving with one hand and taking with the other
Is not an act of charity. Hypocrisy!
Don't decide our faith with dice... Just don't!
Give our pearls back!

She has never been fair
Nor she did ever care
About us or anything else
This is how we'll meet our end

Justitia
The Blind Lady leads our world
This is why we all get hurt
